The honest part

You already know what to do. That was never the problem.

Most women who come to me are not lazy and not uninformed. They are carrying more than one person should, and the advice they keep finding was written for someone with a different life.

You have started over before

Another plan, another January, another app. It works for three weeks and then real life arrives. Starting again is not a discipline failure. It usually means the plan was never built to survive a normal week.

There is no time that is truly yours

Kids, appointments, games, work, everyone else first. An hour in a gym is not the answer when you do not have an hour. What you need is something that still counts on the days that fall apart.

The information does not fit you

Everything online is written for everyone, which means it is written for nobody. The pieces are all out there. Fitting them into a picture that works for your body and your life is the hard part, and it is the part I do.

One to one coaching

Built around your week, not the other way round

We start with where you actually are. Your schedule, your kitchen, your history, your injuries, what you have tried and what you hated. Then we build something you can keep doing after our time together ends.

  • A training plan matched to the time and equipment you really have
  • Nutrition guidance in plain language, with suggested options rather than a rigid prescription
  • Regular check-ins so the plan adjusts as your life does
  • Coaching in person or fully remote, whichever fits
  • A three month minimum, because that is how long real change takes

Corporate wellness

Wellness programs your people will actually use

Most corporate wellness is a portal nobody logs into and a challenge nobody finishes. I have spent more than a decade on the other side of this, designing training programs, nutrition content and supplement lines at scale alongside physicians and manufacturers, for audiences in the thousands.

Now I build that for smaller organizations, working with you rather than handing you a template.

  • Live wellness webinars and workshops for staff
  • Program design your HR team can run without a specialist
  • Content built for your people, not licensed off a shelf
  • Practical, evidence-led, and free of the usual fear marketing

About Amy

I am a mother of three who got tired of watching good women quit

I have spent my career in this industry from both sides. On the corporate side I spent more than ten years designing workouts, nutrition content and supplement formulations alongside doctors and manufacturers, and speaking to audiences of up to five thousand people. On the personal side I have coached thousands of women one at a time.

What I learned doing both is that almost nobody fails for lack of information. They fail because the plan was built for someone with a different calendar, a different body and a different set of responsibilities.

So that is what I do now. I take what you already know, add what you do not, and fit it into the life you are actually living. I have an MBA and I run this as a real business, which mostly means I will be straight with you about what works, what does not, and how long it will honestly take.

The pieces are all out there. My job is putting them together into something that fits your life and that you can keep doing.

In their words

What working together is actually like

Shared with permission. Every person is different, and results vary.

Fitness and nutrition information are puzzle pieces that everyone has access to, but fitting those pieces into a picture that makes sense for your life is difficult. Amy has the ability and knowledge to put those pieces together into a picture that fits your lifestyle and personal preferences. She steered me in the right direction, was my biggest cheerleader, and gave me a focus that helped me achieve my goals.

Chris K.

I have been a gym rat my whole life, and although I have always eaten what I consider to be healthy, I never really had control over my diet. Amy set me up on a plan that works for me, and I am still doing it. She is a great motivator and an excellent coach, and she has helped me change my mindset on how to build a lasting healthy lifestyle.

Questions worth asking before you hire anyone

Do you write meal plans?

Not in the medical sense, and you should be cautious of anyone who says they do without the credential for it. Prescribed meal plans and medical nutrition therapy are the work of registered dietitians and licensed providers. What I give you is nutrition education and suggested options built around what you like, what you can cook and how you live. In practice most people find that far more useful anyway.

Are you a doctor, dietitian or physical therapist?

No, and I will not pretend otherwise. I do not diagnose, treat or manage medical conditions, and nothing I provide replaces care from your own provider. If something belongs with your doctor, I will tell you so.

I am on a weight loss medication. Can you still help?

Yes, alongside your prescriber rather than instead of them. I do not prescribe, adjust or advise on medication. What I do is help you protect muscle, eat enough of the right things and build habits that hold once the prescription ends, which is the part most people are not supported through.

Why a three month minimum?

Because that is roughly how long it takes for changes to become yours rather than something you are white knuckling. Shorter than that and most people leave right before the part that would have worked. It is also fairer to both of us than an open-ended arrangement neither of us takes seriously.

Do I need to already be fit?

No. I have worked with women who have not trained in fifteen years and with women preparing to compete. Where you start is just information, not a judgment.

Do you coach remotely?

Yes. Plenty of my coaching is done remotely, and it works well when the plan is built for the space and equipment you actually have at home.
